Your barber started talking on the cell phone. It seemed he was more interested in the phone conversation than his customer. This was not a good vibe, so I did not get the haircut and left. This does not seem welcoming. Your barber can come correct by concentrating on the customer, not his cell phone.
Sorry, this happened. We normally do not answer calls during a cut, so I am sure our barber had a good reason. Regardless, we are sorry this happened. We pride ourselves in giving our clients the best customer service possible.
